GOLFERS- we are approaching 100 registered golfers. The field will be capped at 156. If interested, we urge you to register as soon as possible. We are holding off sending an e-mail blast to all TGA golfers for a few more days. In addition, please note that the "PARTY" listed in the entry form and online is the State Finals Party scheduled for Monday, June 27th in Franklin, TN. Please be aware of this when purchasing tickets.

TRACK AND FIELD
All track and field events will be held at Brentwood High School. The BGA track that is normally used will be resurfaced this summer. Athletes will still check-in at BGA for T-shirts and other items. This may be accomplished before or after competing.
HORSESHOES
Horseshoes will be played outdoors at the rear of the Franklin Recreation Center. It was necessary to convert the space for the old pits to a parking area for a new senior center under construction.
ARCHERY
Archery has been moved outdoors to the Downs Soccer Complex. There is a pavilion area that will provide shade and tents will be set up. With the closure of the A-Game complex in Franklin, all large tournaments were moved to the Ag Expo thus displacing archery.

You have two options for registering:
Online registration:
In an effort to make Online Registration proceed smoothly, PLEASE have the following information on hand.
1. A MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card.
2. Doubles players will need your doubles partner's name and date of birth.
3. Team captains must have the names and ages of players ready.
4. Your district place (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th) and time in swimming and track. If you do not know your exact time please place an approximate time. This is used for placement in heats if needed. If your district did not offer a sport or you are a new TSO athlete please place a "0" for place.
5. DISTRICT GOLFERS will be given first chance to register. Please do so right away as other golfers will be allowed to register starting March 25. The fee is an all-inclusive fee of $135 which means an additional entry fee will not be charged even if you are participating in multiple sports.

Mail the entry form insert and check to the address listed on the entry form. There is a $5 discount for providing an e-mail address so that confirmation letters and newsletters can be e-mailed. If not, you may pay the full fee and this information will be mailed to you in May.
Team captains please note: Teams will not be officially registered without either an online or paper roster
. We expect over 100 teams between the 3 team sports and it is very confusing for the staff to make sure all teams are in the proper age group and sport without a roster. Thanks so much for helping us out on all of these matters.
