Arbella will be introducing a new mandatory form: Personal Vehicle Sharing Exclusion (10AR 1288). Beginning with policies effective June 1, 2014 this form will be attached to all new and renewal policies. An Advisory Notice to Policyholders (10AR 1289) will be attached to renewal policies receiving this endorsement for the first time. This form is identical in content to the AIB's recently approved form M-0108-S (effective October 1, 2013), and excludes coverage under the policy while a vehicle is being used in a personal vehicle sharing program. The Arbella Connect PL Reference Center will have the Personal Vehicle Sharing Exclusion form available on March 29. Security Enhancements to Our MA Private Passenger Auto Documents - Update As part of recent security enhancements introduced on January 31, 2014, Arbella began masking operator license numbers on certain Arbella policy documents. To ensure policyholders a smooth process when interacting with the Board of Appeals, Arbella will no longer mask operator's license numbers on the following documents: - Surcharge Revocation Notice - 10AR 1086
