Joe, who received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Potsdam, is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of claims leadership and technical experience. His vast claims experience includes leadership positions at Zurich, Great American, and, most recently, at Travelers. His responsibilities have included oversight of both personal and commercial lines claims teams, loss cost management, talent development, and customer experience. Joe also holds a Senior Claim Law Associate designation and is looking forward to contributing to the ongoing success of Arbella's Claim department and the organization as a whole.

Joe is originally from central New York, but lived in Massachusetts for 13 years. He has two grown daughters and a young grandson who live in Massachusetts and he and his wife, Melissa are excited to return to the area that they know very well. Joe's breadth of claims experience and his close alignment with Arbella's core values position him well for success in his new role at Arbella.
