You asked and we listened! Arbella is pleased to announce the following enhancements to our Personal Lines products.
MA Personal Lines Umbrella is Expanded on Arbella Connect™
New features will be available on Arbella Connect for MA Personal Lines Umbrella policies as of February 3. You will now be able to view policy information and electronically submit payments, policy change requests, and cancellation requests. We invite you to take a look at the new screens, which include:
- Policy Details
- Policy Documents (e-documents)
- Policy Change Requests (subject to underwriter approval)
- Cancellation Requests
- Claim Information
- Billing Information (prior and current term)
- Electronic Payment
Additionally, your customers can now make electronic payments for their Umbrella policies on arbella.com or over the phone by calling 1-800-ARBELLA (272-3552).
Important Security Enhancements to Our MA Private Passenger Auto Documents
As part of Arbella's ongoing commitment to maintaining the security and privacy of our policyholders' personal information, we are changing the display of operator license numbers on certain Arbella policy documents, beginning with documents processed on January 31.
Arbella will mask all operators' license numbers by displaying only the last 4 digits. This includes licenses for all states and foreign licenses.

The following documents will display masked operator license numbers:
- Coverage Selections Page - 10AR 1172
- Surcharge Revocation Notice - 10AR 1086
- Surcharge Notice and Appeal Form - GU9516D
- SDIP Statement - 10AR 1151
Full license numbers will remain visible on the following locations and documents:
- Arbella Connect ADC inquiry on the operator screen
- Arbella Connect Application for Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Insurance Acord 90 MA
- Arbella Connect Policy Change Request
- Date First Licensed Verification Renewal Letter - 10AR 1286
