Dear Partner Agents:

Please be advised that December 1 marks the start of our expanded winter drive-in schedule for auto appraisals. We will be offering Saturday hours in the following seven Arbella drive-in locations through March 31, 2014:

• Dartmouth
• Easton
• Methuen
• Quincy
• Somerville
• Wakefield
• Worcester

Additionally, beginning December 1, 2013, the Dartmouth and West Springfield drive-ins will no longer be staffed on Wednesdays. Given the limited utilization of these locations mid week, we believe we can most effectively meet your customers' needs by appraising their vehicles at their field location of choice.  These drive-ins will maintain their current business hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
