As a reminder, starting December 1, 2013, Commercial Lines will be releasing the BOP Renewal Questionnaire on Arbella Connect™. We ask that you provide us with the FEIN/TAX ID # and Estimated Annual Gross Sales in order to ensure timely renewal processing. The renewal questionnaire will be pre-filled with the basic information for your BOP policies 90 days prior to their renewal effective date, which will help to expedite the renewal process.

For your convenience, a step-by-step guide on how to enter/use the BOP Renewal Questionnaire Program is attached here and is also available through Arbella Connect. In order to access this guide, login to Arbella Connect and click on NEW! BOP Renewal Questionnaire under the Commercial Lines tab. On the first screen you will see a link to a PDF Document in the right-hand corner entitled "HELP," which will guide you through completing the BOP Renewal Questionnaire.
Please note that you will receive a new policy number for each renewing policy as we convert them to our new policy processing system.
