I am very happy to announce that claim notes are coming to arbella.com for our agency partners.

For new losses reported on or after January 1, 2013, Arbella agents will now have the ability to view our claim notes through Arbella Connect. Claim notes will be immediately available for the following lines of business:

• Personal Auto
• Commercial Auto
• Garage Keepers
• Homeowners
• Dwelling Fire
• Boat Owners

In 2013, as other commercial lines of business are converted over to our main claim system, claim notes for those lines of business will also become available to you.

You may access a daily download of our claim notes through the claim inquiry function currently available on arbella.com. A guide has been prepared for you to help you navigate this new function. 

Protecting the privacy of our policyholders' personal information is very important to us. It is also required by law. Therefore, we have excluded certain types of claims from our notes feed to arbella.com in order to ensure full compliance with all state and federal regulations. For example, based on the sensitivity of medical information, we will not be providing notes on any claim once an injury is reported and medical information is documented in our file. A list of excluded claim types is provided in the attached guide.

Feedback from our agents is very important to us. Providing you with claim notes on arbella.com is a request that was made by our agent service council. We are thrilled to be able to bring this new functionality to you.
