Arbella is pleased to announce that effective today, customers will no longer be charged the $3.50 convenience fee for e-check, debit card, and credit card payments made through arbella.com or over the phone!
Based on feedback from you and your customers, this is one of many steps we are taking to enhance Arbella's electronic payment experience. Stay tuned for announcements about future enhancements, which will deliver even more payment convenience and flexibility to our policyholders.
