Effective November 1, 2012, Arbella has amended the downward deviations we apply to the voluntary workers compensation rates for certain classes of business. The overall impact of this change on our book of business is an increase of less than 1%. The changes were driven by market results for this line of business. We will continue to offer a 10% deviation in our preferred company, Arbella Indemnity. The downward deviation is amended from 7.5% to 5.0% for the following classes: - 5191 Office Machine Appliance Installation/Service
