Early bird deadline approaching for "Working Better Together" conference
The early bird deadline for the "Working Better Together" conference is coming up soon. This annual conference is a forum where you can learn, share, and network with others. We will look at the pillars that make up a strong primary health care system and explore concepts that aim to transform a fragmented sickness care system in to a coordinated, and high performing, community health and wellbeing system. We will also hear from organizations and individuals creating initiatives based on innovative ideas that address the very roots of our health challenges. Take advantage of early bird rates until April 30.
