#4:  Lights! Camera! YouTube!
We're looking for folks to help us build the video library for our YouTube Channel video library.  (Be sure to subscribe!)

We're starting with two projects.  The first is to promote the
Neighborhood Mediation Program.  We will have short, simple descriptions of our intake and mediation processes in English, Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

The second project is to promote The Basics of Mediation training.  We'd love testimonials on what was the most valuable thing people learned, how they're using their skills in their daily lives, and how others can benefit by enrolling.

If you're interested in becoming the next YouTube superstar meme, contact Cordell, cwesselink@communityboards.org or (415) 920-3820 x109.

#5: Board of Directors, President's Update

Hi, all. Now that we have plunged into 2014, let me share some of what your Board of Directors is up to.

First, last month we surveyed our Advisory Board members for their feedback on how to best utilize them, and later this month we will be meeting with them to review what we learned and clarify roles and expectations going forward.

Next, on Feb. 15, the staff and Board are meeting for an all-day retreat to together set goals for the year ahead and collaborate on how to achieve them.

Third, everyone is focusing on plans for the 4th SF Peacemakers Awards event on June 6.  We need everyone's help identifying sponsors for the event to make this our most successful fundraiser yet, so if you have any leads, please be sure to contact Darlene right away. Hope to see you there, too.

The Board is also recruiting 3-4 new Board members to join us later this year. If interested, please contact me at Bob@haasjr.org.

As always, thanks for all your do to make ours a more healthy and peaceful community. Bob Bailey, Board President
