The Hayes Approach was launched in April 2007 by Leslie and Vernon Hayes with the vision that all organizations, regardless of size, with locations in the Southeast, would have access to customized, world-class organizational behavior support in the areas of strategic planning, leadership coaching, human resources support, and training and development.

Among their guiding principles are the beliefs that:

Every person is created with a purpose that they desire to fulfill, both individually and through the organizations and companies to which they belong.
Goals are more likely to be achieved when three core items are understood: (1) where we are, (2) where we're going, (3) how to get there.
All people and organizations benefit from the guidance and encouragement of an objective third party.
