Intuitive Eating

If you want to quit going on the latest fad diet, feeling out of control with your eating and learn to still have your treats, it is all about intuitive eating. Intuitive eating is learning how to distinguish when your body is physically hungry and not eating for emotional reading.

Learning how to make food neutral, nourishing your body rather than your emotions while listening to your cravings and not going overboard and sabotaging your health. This is a journey to learn about yourself and how to incorporate this intuitive eating into your life. I am an intuitive eating certified coach and can help you along the journey.

See what a recent client had to say about working with me and the pros and cons about the experience. "I really appreciate all the help you've provided me, and feel like our work together was a good investment of time and money. I believe I'm further along in the intuitive eating journey now than I was a year ago, and you have been an important part of that. I liked your positive approach that helped me celebrate my successes and fend off discouragement. When trying to think of things I disliked about your services, I can't really think of anything."

Super excited to have had the opportunity to speak at the Texas Rangers Stadium and bring the message of proper fueling and energy balance as a consultant to Coca-Cola at their "Get the Ball Rolling" event. Everyone involved, including the Rangers staff and former Texas Rangers pitcher, Jose Guzman, contributed to my message of balanced nutrition and moderation being the key. I really enjoyed how parents came up to me after the event and discussed how important my talk was and that their kids really needed to hear this message. After the event, I was impressed to see many kids take my advice on the importance of staying hydrated. They even told the staff they needed to focus on drinking more fluids after hearing my talk!
