PANDAS/PANS Healthcare Provider Survey- American Academy of Pediatrics

Graduate students at the University of Connecticut (UConn) are conducting a study to assist the Connecticut PANDAS/PANS Advisory Council. They are inviting you to participate in an online survey as a part of the study. The purpose of this study is to collect information that will provide the Connecticut PANDAS/PANS Advisory Council with information about current level of awareness regarding Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococcal Infections/Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndromes (PANDAS/PANS) in the medical community.

Your perspective is valuable both for the Connecticut PANDAS/PANS Advisory Council as well as for the learning experience for the graduate students.

To begin the survey, please click the link below.  The survey should take approximately 8-10 minutes of your time, and will close on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 11:59 p.m.

If you have any questions about this study, please feel free to contact student researcher Josť Luis Ramos at jluis.ramos@uconn.edu
