Special Thank You to The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce

 Message from the President

A couple of weeks ago I was one of 40 Harlem Representatives invited to be a part of a delegation to go to Cuba. As we watch the events unfold regarding Cuban and United States relations (view story), it brings back the fond memories of the great experience and the potential cultural opportunities for our community.  Members of the delegation met with the State Department and the Ministry of Culture for a historic, cultural and educational experience!

While in Cuba, we had the opportunity to visit several landmarks to include the Capitol Building, Revolution Square, University of Havana and the Museum of the Revolution to name a few. This experience will continue in September when the Chamber brings us together once again to share photos, special memories and discuss follow-up activities for cultural exchanges.
