Business News Connections
Mayor de Blasio released his OneNYC plan, a set of ambitious objectives for improving equity, resiliency and sustainability in New York City.  Among these are sending zero waste to landfills and reducing our waste disposal by 90% by 2030. The City of New York needs your help to achieve this goal by encouraging the use of reusable bags, mugs and bottles.
You can do your part by asking the businesses in your district to support the Bring Your Own (B.Y.O.) campaign.

Local businesses can encourage their customers to "bring your own" the next time they visit with free window decals that let customers know the business is B.Y.O.-friendly.

You can reach out to Roya Kazemi, GreeNYC Director, with questions about the B.Y.O. campaign. She can be reached at [email protected] or 212-788-8402. To request clings or other materials, contact Evin Epstein at [email protected] or 212-676-3273.
