Remembering Asst Police Chief, Richard Wilson
This is a huge loss for our city.  Rich Wilson went above and beyond, and certainly had a positive impact on the relationship between the SCPD and the community. 

We couldn't agree more that he had this uncanny ability to connect with people.  He was "present" when in a conversation.  Thank you.  We'll miss you.
