The Chapel of the Madeleine is the spiritual cradle of the Marianist Family and served as the gathering place for the first lay Sodality in Bordeaux.  In this spirit, La Madeleine continues to serve as a place for the international MLCs to share the news and events of their region.

This circular is a personal reflection, to encourage your own reflection. What does this faith of the heart mean to YOUR heart? How is it lived in the heart of YOUR world? As we ponder and reflect these questions, hopefully all who come to Lima will come with hearts eager to share the experiences in your place and time, and to be inspired by the experiences of others.

Cette circulaire est une réflexion personnelle, pour favoriser votre propre réflexion. Que veut dire la foi du cœur pour votre cœur? Comment est-elle vécue dans le cœur de votre monde? Méditons et réfléchissons à ces questions. J'espère que tous ceux qui viendront à Lima auront des cœurs avides de partager les expériences de leur lieu, de leur époque, et à être inspirés par le vécu d'autrui.

Al meditar y reflexionar estas preguntas, espero que todos los que vengan a Lima lo hagan con los corazones deseosos de compartir las experiencias de su tiempo y lugar, y de ser inspirados

 

 


TRANSLATORS FOR LIMA MEETING
    
The three official languages of our International Meetings are English, Spanish and French. Good translators are vital for a successful meeting. We are happy to announce that Izaskun Arias is returning as our Coordinator of Translations for our International Meeting in Lima. She and her marvelous team of translators in Nairobi helped us all to understand each other - both at work and at play!
 
Izaskun is presently gathering two teams of translators. One team is needed in Lima for simultaneous translations and some written translations. A second team is needed to do written translations off site, via the internet (email).

El próximo Encuentro regional de las Comunidades Laicas Marianistas  de Europa se celebrará en Madrid, España, del 18 al 21 de julio de 2013.

 

Queremos que el encuentro sea una oportunidad para unirnos y compartir como Familia Marianista. Asistirán  responsables nacionales, asesores nacionales y delegados de Francia, Italia, Alemania /Austria, Suiza, Polonia y España( Madrid, CEMI y Zaragoza). Cada país presentara de modo breve su realidad, retos de futuro y experiencias de familia. Dedicaremos tiempo a estar y rezar juntos, a convivir y conocernos más para buscar juntos la voluntad de Dios para la Familia Marianista.

 

Compartiremos experiencias de misión que han funcionado en algunos países. Tendremos invitamos a los superiores de la SM y la FMI de España que junto al asesor internacional (Domingo Fuentes) nos ayudaran a redescubrir nuestra espiritualidad y contaremos con todos los responsables regionales que ha tenido Europa hasta ahora para conocer nuestra historia y evolución.

 

Rezamos para que sea un encuentro cargado de vida, mucha vida, y os pedimos que nos tengáis presentes en la oración.

The next Regional Meeting Marianist Lay Communities in Europe will be held in Madrid, Spain, from 18 to 21 July 2013.

We want the meeting to be an opportunity to unite and share as Marianist Family. National leaders, national advisors and delegates from France, Italy, Germany / Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Spain (Madrid, CEMI and Zaragoza) will be in attendance. Each country will present their current situation, future challenges and experiences of family. They will devote time to being and pray together, to live together and know each other to seek God's will together Marianist Family.

They will also have the ability to share mission experiences that have worked in some countries. We have invited senior FMI and SM of Spain which together with the international consultant (Domingo Fuentes) will help us to rediscover our spirituality and we will have all regional leaders that Europe has had so far to know our history and evolution.

We pray to be a meeting full of life, full of life, and ask that you present us in prayer.
