Soft Skill Deficiencies of College GraduatesJoin Dr. Nunn, a quoted expert in a recent Time.com published article- The Real Reason New College Grads Can't Get Hired that went viral, as he shares additional insight into the complex soft skills debate.
The Time.com article purported that non-cognitive skills are the true culprit when it comes to the employability of new college graduates.
In his blog, Dr. Nunn addresses follow-up probing questions to this article such as:

  • Can soft skills be taught? If so, how?
  • How should soft skills be assessed?
  • What are the factors outside of the classroom that influence non-cognitive development?
