Per updated guidance from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), moving forward without providing written notice of a Health Insurance Exchange will not result in a fine or penalty – but Cypress Benefit Administrators recommends preparing and sending out the notice in order to remain fully in compliance with regulations, as well as to help keep employees informed.
