Reiki Classes now Forming

We talked about Reiki in our August Newsletter, but with the upcoming classes in January, I thought it would be a good idea to go into a little more detail for those of you who are not familiar with the practice. Just about anyone can benefit from learning Reiki - not just people interested in practicing it professionally.
Reiki is simple and easy to learn and there are no prerequisites.
Once you've learned Reiki, you can teach yourself how to RELAX! It's a very simple and healthy alternative to clenching your jaw, gritting your teeth, holding your breath, biting your nails, pulling your hair out, road rage, home rage, phone rage, obsessing over the dilemma, feeling powerless, tossing & turning, sleepless nights & exhausted days.
When Reiki is used on a regular basis, it can keep you calm, control the discomfort of pain, alleviate stress, headaches, improve your outlook, and increase the PEACE. It will introduce you to the idea of allowing yourself to do, think and feel better about yourself, your life and the world around you.
Reiki is a technique to reduce the things that bother you, increase the things that help you and aid as a tool for self-empowerment. Use it just for yourself and your own life and wellness, or use it to help others - family friends, neighbors, caregivers, the ill, the suffering ..........just use it.

Lymphatic Decongestive Therapy
 I have been receiving Lymphatic Decongestive Therapy for several months and have seen some amazing results. I am thrilled and excited to offer the therapy at Massage & Bodywork Centers during the 2nd Saturday - Wellness Works on December 8.
Our guest Barbara Salvitti, NHP is offering just four 1-hour appointments at Massage & Bodywork Centers for Lymphstar Vibrational Lymphatic Therapy on December 8th. Appointments need to be scheduled ahead of time, and the cost is $65.
Barbara, the owner of Tobit Wellness Center in West Chester, received her BA in psychology from Bucknell University and certification as a natural health professional (CNHP) from Trinity College, and is a member of the American Association for Nutritional Consultants.
She has completed the Level II Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET) Certification with Desiree De Spong and has been working with the equipment since 2005.
Lymphatic Enhancement is a new and innovative approach to improving the lymphatic system by way of an electronic device called the Lymphstar Pro Fusion.
