• Clinical Assessments: Use our Risks for Falls template and follow changes in resident's level of risk.
• Event Tracking: Document falls and alert staff to monitor the resident. View Falls details when you complete MDS J1800.
• Care Plans: Create a plan of care for a resident who has a risk for falls or has been injured by a fall.
• Falls Prevention Flow Sheet: Implement and document care plan interventions for falls.
• Pain Management: Design MARs and Flow Sheets to manage pain that might cause falling.
