CREATING A GRATITUDE STATEMENT FOR THE NOW

In issue 233 I invited you to rewrite your script for something in the past that you formerly labeled as negative by playing the "Perfect Game". Today we are going to discuss playing the Perfect Game once again. However today we focus and declare the many things that are right in your life now. By doing this you are connecting with all the things for which you are grateful for. The now refers to today, not yesterday, not tomorrow.

EXERCISE

This week I invite you to sharpen your gratitude skills by doing the following:

1.         Notice the gratitude you feel about your company, your organization, your family, your services, your products, your management, your co-workers, your clients, your customers, your home, or the city where you live.

2.         Now write it down and say it out loud at least three things you are grateful for today.
