STA 2015 Trading Issue Committees

The STA is proud to announce its 2015 Trading Issues Advisory Committees. As an association of members serving members the STA relies heavily on its Advisory Committees for providing input on relevant and timely issues. 

The Market Structure Advisory Committee, MSAC is comprised of publishing and non publishing analysts at various broker dealers. Its members assist in writing executive summaries on market structure issues. These summaries are  then used for STA educational events or communiques and comment letter writing. 

The remaining three (3) Advisory Committees are comprised of individuals from firms with similar business models. Each Advisory Committee is provided an opportunity to review early drafts of STA comment letters and provide input. In addition, each Advisory Committee is responsible for identifying issues specific for its sector. 

The three (3) Advisory Committees are:

Buy Side Advisory Committee

Retail Advisory Committee

Listed Options Committee
