NACD New Landowner's Manual Online

nacd LOGO During the month of April, NACD held an Urban and Community Conservation Webinar introducing the New Landowner's Manual. The Manual is now available online for use in your community.

This manual is a compilation of materials gathered from members and partners, designed to assist current and prospective landowners and members of the community in understanding the value and responsibility of conserving natural resources as well as providing solutions to the land management issues they face.

The New Landowner's Manual is available in its entirety as a PDF download, but it is also broken down into chapters within Microsoft Word so you can download and then edit with your specific state and community information, making it a resource for your community.

If you would like to submit materials to be incorporated into the manual, please contact Beth Mason at beth-mason@nacdnet.org. The New Landowner's Manual will be updated with new information as it becomes available. For more information about the manual, click here.
