 January 2015

 Dear

Welcome to 2015!

"I resolve to lose weight, get fit, save money...." How many of those have you made?

Resolutions are easy to make in the excitement of the New Year but often get broken quickly. This year, why not make a commitment to a lifestyle change, one that feeds your soul, nourishes your mind and challenges your body. Commit to taking one of our many yoga, tai chi and capoeira classes regularly and you'll start to see a positive change in your life.
