Series: The Right Confession - GOD'S LOVE
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 KJV
We - okay, I - should have made this the first confession...God's great love for mankind. Everything is based on, rooted in His love, for He is Love. Regardless of specific details of your conception you are not an accident...you are a purpose. Your personal existence is of God's love; and by His design you are able to reciprocate. Additionally, in pouring out His love on you, you are able to love others.
From time to time we may feel unloved, forgotten, as though we are all alone, left to fend for ourselves; but these are deception and lies. God's love is ever with us. There is no place we can go where God is not there also. Oh, how He loves us.
Scriptures:
Zechariah 2:8 NKJV
For thus says the LORD of hosts: "...for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye."
Romans 8:39 Amplified Bible
...nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
2 Corinthians 5:21 NKJV
For He made Him (Jesus) who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
God loves me. He loves me. Because of His love sacrifice by Jesus, I am of His sonship and He is my Father. I belong to God. I am the apple of His eye. There is no entity, power, situation or circumstance, good or bad that shall separate me from God's love. I am the righteousness of God; He has made me so, by Christ Jesus.
Prayer:
Lord God, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for loving me, and making me Your own. Thank You for keeping me on Your mind when You established and executed Your plan of redemption. Thank You for showing me how to love Your way - giving and receiving. Thank You for Your great care. I praise Your holy Name. Amen.
There many more verses telling of God's love for us. Make time to find others and develop your own confession and prayer of His love. Now you say, "Oh how God loves me."

The following Praise Report is from Jasmine Johnson:
"For some time I have been trying to save some money to purchase a car this year. I have been wanting to purchase a car for the past few years, but it never seemed like the right time, or that I had enough money, or something always came up. My boyfriend and I decided that this month (April) I will be purchasing a vehicle as I am growing increasingly frustrated with commuting in Chicago.
As I started to save my "pennies" and anything left over from checks, we managed to save nearly $3,000 as a down payment. However, due to bills and recent circumstances, the amount dwindled to $2,000. Despite my efforts with trying not to dip further into my "car fund," I was sitting on the bus stop stressing about all the upcoming things I needed to prepare for - my grandmother's funeral, two friends' weddings and a vacation - all of which would force me to use my saved funds for preparation. So, as I'm sitting at the bus stop 45 minutes, trying to figure out how I'm going to pay for everything in addition to bills while in between checks, I got the feeling that I needed to check my bank account."

Salvation or Restoration
If you would like to accept and confess Jesus Christ, making Him your personal Lord and Savior or if you have turned away from Him to go your own way and wish to return to Him, pray the following prayer aloud:
Dear Jesus,
I believe You are the Son of God. I believe You died and rose from the dead on the third day. I believe You are alive and seated at the right hand of the Father. I believe you died for my sin; paying the debt for sin that I could not pay myself.
Please forgive me for all my sin.
Please come into my heart and my life, and be my Lord and Savior.
I am forgiven. I am now born-again. I am now a child of God.
Thank You, Lord.
