The advantage we receive in communing with the Father is expansive. Material possessions are definitely part of our Salvation benefits, under the "abundant life" category. However, we have a responsibility that is greatly fulfilled through our intimacy with the Godhead.

 

You see, in our communing God teaches us to profit and leads us in the way we are to go. When we commune with Him, He gives the vision and the strategies, direction and encouragement, and correction and chastening. He tells/commands us to come boldly - confidently - to His throne of grace...to Him, ensuring our victory every time.

 

Communing with Him includes:

~ His call for us to repent, and to possibly change direction
   mid-stride

~ His be still and allow Him to be God

~ His debriefing with reviews for our betterment

~ His exposing enemy agents, and their every deception; warning
   of their activity, ambushments and enticements awaiting ahead

~ His making known errant teachers and teaching, (even those
   in/of the church)

~ His teaching, counsel and revelation of His truths, realities and
   those with His answer

 

Determine today to allow the Lord to have His way with you. Know that your life does not have to be a trail of trial and error. Decide that enough is enough.

 

Stop. Hear the Father's personal appeal directly to you:

 

Thank You, Father. Please forgive me for ignoring You and Your counsel. I take hold of Your extended hand. I need Your help with ______________. It is too big for me to handle. I need to know Your way to go. How do I acquire the provision to resolve matters? I ask with great expectation of Your answer(s).
