My I AM
But know that the Lord has set apart for Himself [and given distinction to] him who is godly [the man of loving-kindness]. The Lord listens and heeds when I call to Him.
Psalm 4:3 (Amplified Bible)
Turmoil upon turmoil, challenge upon challenge, wait upon wait, preparation upon preparation, disaster upon disaster - all these can cause us to feel as though the Lord is not with us or even for us. This is what the devil would strives for us to believe. However, the godly one, the one who spends time with the Lord will see through the charade. The one who knows the Father's heart of love and faithfulness will recognize the false accusations of the enemy. Spend time with the Lord in fellowship through: ~ Reading His Word - the introduction and presentation of His heart ~ Meditating on His Word - allowing the Holy Spirit to bring it to life in your heart ~ Prayer - to converse with Him, enabling you to know His voice; how He speaks to you...reaches out to you ~ Praise - celebration of His awesomeness ~ Worship - adoration of His Person...magnificent
~ Thanksgiving - before and after manifestation, for we are
certain of His loyalty to His own Word and to us
By these we have victory. By these we maintain our peace. By these we have His joy...Kingdom of God joy, which gives us strength. By these we understand that whenever we call out to Him He hears and responds. By these we are confident that He has His eye on us. By these we become sure of God's nature.
He is not only the Lord God, but also our Father. He is our I AM. Set your confidence in this...He is I AM.
Make it personal: The Lord God is my I AM.
Amen.

This is part one of Elder Lydia Wainwright's testimony:
"It was Tuesday May 26 at about 3:45 am. I was on the phone with an Elder from church and listening to a prayer CD. We agreed to keep each other company as we each drove home. I was on the turnpike. It was dark and not many cars on the road. I was driving about 65 mph in the right lane. As I drove around one of the turns, as soon as the headlights hit the road a deer was right in front of me. I could see the whole body of the deer. He was huge! When I hit the deer, the hood of the car folded back toward the windshield and I saw the deer go up over the car. I then hit the guardrail. I promise you on all I know, my car felt like it was falling backward over the rail. I screamed, "God! Jesus help Me!" I immediately felt my car in a spin then hit the wall head on. The car was smoking, all the air bags deployed, and I felt something brush against my face. I got out of the car and reached back in and retrieved my glasses, (which were under the passenger seat), my purse and cell phone. Out of the darkness I could hear a man, "Are you alright?" I responded, "It was a deer". He said, "Stay there, don't move!" All of a sudden cars came flying around the bend. They were skidding all over the road and honking. A trailer was on his horn as his load was going from side to side. I backed up to the wall and said, "Lord, please don't let him hit me!" Once they passed the voice said, "Come to me." As I crossed the road his hand was extended. When I placed my hand in his, he squeezed my hand so tight, and I heard him say, "It's a lady. Ma'am, are you okay?" My only response was, "It was a deer!" He said, "This is my company truck, I want you to sit in it." As I tried to walk I said, "My hip, I don't think I can get in there." He told me to sit on the steps, "And don't move. Don't you move!" Out of the darkness another man appeared. They just looked at each other as he passed him, and started waving a flash light. The first gentleman got some reflectors and placed them at the bend. My phone rang, and it was the Elder. As soon as I heard her voice I exclaimed, "I totaled my car, I hit a deer!" I called my brother to inform him of what happened, but I didn't know exactly where I was. Next thing I know a highway patrol officer was handing me my keys. I said, "I hit a deer". He said that unfortunately during this time of year there are a lot of deer crossings. Then our conversation went like this: ~ He asked, "Ma'am I need to keep the key in the ignition. Did you get out of the car by yourself? ~ I replied, "Yes." ~ He says, "No way! There's no way you got out of that car by yourself." ~ I said, "Yes. I just opened the door and got out." When the paramedics arrived, one of them walked over and said, "Hi, we're just going to check you out, okay? I want you to walk on the side of the guardrail and I'm going to walk along side of you." I said, "Wait, I want to thank the gentleman and ask his name." Instantly the truck and both men were gone. I couldn't believe it. I was just sitting on the steps of his truck and now he's gone! Both of them. It was like they just vanished."

Salvation or Restoration
If you would like to accept and confess Jesus Christ, making Him your personal Lord and Savior or if you have turned away from Him to go your own way and wish to return to Him, pray the following prayer aloud:
Dear Jesus,
I believe You are the Son of God. I believe You died and rose from the dead on the third day. I believe You are alive and seated at the right hand of the Father. I believe you died for my sin; paying the debt for sin that I could not pay myself.
Please forgive me for all my sin.
Please come into my heart and my life, and be my Lord and Savior.
I am forgiven. I am now born-again. I am now a child of God.
Thank You, Lord.
In Jesus Name. Amen.
