In September 2011, a group of friends came together and formed a new anthroposophical study group in Duncan, British Columbia...We hallow the commencement of each session with a verse that recognizes the unique contribution that every single member around the world makes, who is striving and working out of Anthroposophy. In so doing, we seek to unite our efforts with those of others... Read full article. TORONTO AREA

Emerging Life Of The General Anthroposophical Section
 - by Monique Walsh
I would like to share with you some of the work of the North American Collegium and, in particular, my experience of the emerging life of the General Anthroposophical Section here in Canada and in North America...My observations to date lead me to conclude that whenever members of the School meet and strive to work consciously out of the lessons and sensibility of the School, the General Anthroposophical Section is active. In dubbing it The Universally Human Section, we can experience a true characterization of its intention. The path of rediscovering what it means to be human, of consciously reconnecting to our spiritual self is the work of the General Anthroposophical Section. Establishing this path as a spiritually scientifically supported activity is the driving force behind the research required of us as members of the School and asked of as members of the Society. La Section d'anthroposophie gnrale
- Monique Walsh
-ed.
Le verset pour l'Amrique,
Donn par Rudolf Steiner Ralph Courtney
Pour le Threefold Group New York(qui a ensuite fond la Threefold Community Spring Valley - l'actuel Chestnut Ridge, N.Y.)
Puisse notre sentiment pntrer

An Anthroposophical Reference Companion
- by Colin Price
In the last issue, Mark McAlister wrote an article, Towards a Bibliography of Rudolf Steiner. In that article, Mark rightly raised a number of pertinent questions about the confusion that can exist when undertaking a search for a lecture, written work, subject, location, publication, lecture-format or other designation. For many years I have shared that frustration, and since there was no place I could turn, to find what I wanted, I developed my own research compilation...
The work is far from complete, even now, and I am especially interested in filling in some of the blanks in the database Your comments and suggestions would be most welcome! Read full article. Click here for more details and instructions for downloading a trial copy.

Not-for-profit Corporations Act
- by Mark McAlister
The Anthroposophical Society In Canada was incorporated on the 10th of March, 1953. Over the past 60 years, 1000s of hours (and dollars!) have been spent administering the affairs of the Society. We are a very small organization (518 members at present), and one might ask, why bother? Wouldn't it be simpler just to have a non-incorporated club? We could conserve our resources and focus on what really matters - the cultivation and development of anthroposophy... Read full article
