                  Updates & Announcements

Ready, Set... The Inland Empire Student Health Ambassadors (IESHA) get their final training on Hypertension and Oral health from Helen Bigelow, RN, Melissa Gerardo, RDH, RDA, and Tien Vo MD.  They role-played the specific activities and games they will use to deliver health prevention messages to waiting room patients at the Moreno Valley and Bloomington Community Health Clinics as well as Kids Come First in Ontario. Go!... With the training sessions now completed students will start their twenty-four clinic hours as early as this coming Saturday. An IESHA coordinator will be on hand for the students on their first day. This project has not been without its share of humps to get over but with each training the students have demonstrated greater commitment, excitement and dedication to the program. They are excited and so are we!
