STUDENTS PERFORM FINAL JAZZ & CHOIR CONCERTS OF THE YEAR PRE-K STUDENTS UPCYCLE CEREAL BOXES INTO A BIG PLAYHOUSE SENIOR SPEAKERS The final senior speakers for the class of 2016 were (left to right) Aaron G., Emily C., Garrett C. and Nate O.! Aaron talked about how we should open our minds to all ideas, especially those we wouldn't expect to agree with, to truly learn the full picture. Emily spoke on how traveling abroad may seem like a good way to get away from yourself by going to a new place, but inevitably, it's not fully possible because you're simply growing as a person.
Garrett talked about how renovations to his family's apartment last year, and the fact that his grandmother moved in at the same time, taught him to be flexible and adaptive, and inspired him to connect with family. Nate spoke about his three passions - anime, World of Warcraft and his personal code-which enabled him to persevere through trying times and helped him focus and become his best self.
