This year we added a new iCal feature to our online calendars, which allows you to get events and event updates synced directly to the personal calendar on your smartphone or computer.

 

(or click the "iCal" button in the upper right corner of any online calendar.)

2. Hover your cursor over the green "iCal" button next to the calendar you want to subscribe to. Then click on 1 of the 4 options in the popup window:


3. Follow the on-screen directions from your calendar program.

 

IMPORTANT: The calendar program you use on your phone/computer (Google Calendar, MS Outlook, etc.) dictates how often your iCal feed is synced. It will most likely not sync immediately after an event is added or updated. To see the most current info for an event, look at the online calendar at www.berkeleycarroll.org/calendar. (Click the "customize" button to add or remove calendars from your screen.)
