The panel consisted of defense attorney Stuart Colburn, Esq., from Downs Stanford, Austin, TX, applicant's attorney Robert Rassp, Esq., Sherman Oaks, CA, and Larson's Workers' Compensation Law staff writer Thomas Robinson, J.D. from Durham, NC.
