As in the past, hard-copy invoices will NOT be mailed out. Payment deadlines are listed below for your reference. Log into the
Membership Director online payment system on
www.GRAR.org to access your invoice or sign up for Auto-Pay.
Three payment options are available this year!
A. NEW! Auto-Pay - Divided Dues & Fees option
Say goodbye to stamps, checks and late fees! With Auto-Pay, your GRAR dues, GENRIS MLS fee, State and National Dues (if applicable) will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card according to our divided dues plan schedule on June 27, September 5 and October 28, 2014.
Sign up now!! B. Manual/self-pay - Divided Dues & Fees option
Take advantage of three (3) payment deadlines with a portion of your dues and fees due on July 1, September 9 & November 1. You must pay the GRAR (local) dues amount by July 1 to avoid a late fee.
C. Pay 'In-Full' option, due by July 1, 2014. Pay with credit card or if paying by check, two (2) checks required:
1) Check #1 payable to GENRIS for the MLS fee
2) Check #2 payable to GRAR for your respective Local, State & National membership dues.
Please note that we cannot make any exceptions to this payment schedule. Online or mailed payments must be received by the stated due date(s) or a $50 late fee will be charged per the GRAR Constitution and by-laws
.NEW MLS PORTAL POSTPONED UNTIL JULY 24 - MLS Password Change RequiredAll MLS participants will be directed to the new MLS portal/dashboard when they log into Fusion or MLXchange on July 24.
Note - The new password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include a minimum of 2 numbers.
