A new paradigm of "conscious aging" is beginning to emerge in North America and throughout the developed world. It contradicts the youth-centric, anti-aging messaging which has been so prominent in our urban global culture.
This new film - produced in dialogue with Sage-ing International - is an introduction to the growth, development and transformation that can come in life "beyond adulthood" and the gifts elders can bring to society.
This documentary represents an initiative to transform our views of aging and fully realize a new phase of life filled with great potential for purpose and meaning, just like all previous life-phases. It's not about who we used to be. It's about who we are and can become.
Join us May 10th for a showing of the 38-minute feature film, and a conversation with both the producer and one of the leading characters in this dramatic and inspirational documentary short.
