Volunteers Wanted for Youth Art Projects
|
|---|
Hello Community!
The BOLD Program has some great activities for youth coming up in 2013, and I would love your artsy-volunteer skills! Every Tuesday, we have a creative drop-in space for youth at the Pride House from 4-530, and although I can run the program and talk (extensively) about art in theory, my crafty skills are...well...let's just say I can talk the talk, but the walk? Sometimes, and sometimes not so much. I am asking you, our community, if you have art skills would you like to share them? Can you put together a fun and simple art project that is about an hour and half long? Want to hang out with some amazing youth in our community? If you are out there jumping for joy, please stop bouncing long enough to go to our wonderful website and fill out an art activity form! You will find it on the BOLD page, and then I will get in touch with you! I am hoping to enact this new twist on BOLD's youth drop-in mid-January. Hope to hear from you!
In solidarity,
B. Mann, BOLD Youth Program Coordinator
