In a recent conversation with a dear friend, I was told "time is on our side." As soon as the words hit the air, I recoiled. I've never particularly felt like time was on my side. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that I often view time as the enemy. A wily, rogue-ish sort. Utterly uncontrollable and demanding beyond reason. Her inconsistent metronome ticks out minutes and days at her whim: sometimes in quick bursts, impossible to grasp, and other times painfully slowly, drop by heavy, ineffable drop. All BVX classes are FREE. In honor of our loving and welcoming community, blue lotus will make a donation to Equality NC, which is dedicated to securing equal rights and justice for LGBTQ North Carolinians. If you'd like to support Equality NC, you are welcome to make a donation in the jar at the registration desk. However, donations are not required to take any class. Join us and celebrate 10 years of blue!

Morning Practice with Tim--now every Wednesday at 6:30am! Re-set at midweek with a sunrise practice! Tim's classes incorporate breath, movement, and a lot of heart. He'll challenge you to embrace discipline and attention while maintaining a sense of humor. You'll leave feeling free, vibrant, and ready for the day.
E Practice: EMBODY with Jen and Kathleen, March 2. Check out the first of this new series that combines yoga with art! Each workshop blends movement, breath work, guided meditation, and art journaling to explore the chakra system. In the EMBODY session you'll reconnect with your inner source of strength and stand proud in your own skin!
