Namaste,
After six years of offering this yoga immersion and teacher training program, we've been asked the question, "is this for me?" many, many times. Only you can know for sure, but if you answer "YES!" to any of the following questions, we invite you to join us this Sunday, March 2 from 6-7pm for a free information session. Would you like to deepen your understanding of yoga practice and philosophy? Are you interested in teaching yoga? Are you already teaching but have found that your initial training was not sufficient in preparing you to offer safe, well-sequenced, inspiring classes?
Join us as we gather current participants and past graduates to discuss the ins and outs of 9 months of transformation.
See you Sunday! Peace, Jill

The depth and breadth of yoga cannot be experienced in a day, a week or a year. It is a journey traveled over the course of a lifetime. Beyond showing you postures and how to teach them, 9 months of transformation invites you to explore your own thoughts, emotions, and world views in this journey of self-study and practice, of finding your own truth. Our program of yoga immersion and teacher training includes: - Living your Yoga and Yoga philosophy
- Pranayama, meditation, and chanting
- Art of teaching and teaching practice
- Art of sequencing (Vinyasa Krama)
- Asana technique, modifications, and prop use
- Assisting and adjusting asana with words and touch
- Body reading and alignment
- Practical anatomy and physiology
- Energetic anatomy ~ chakras, bandhas, nadis
- Cultivating home practice
- Sanskrit
There is so much more, and we can't possibly list it all here. To learn more about the program, visit the links below, and come to the info session on Sunday! Learn more about 9 months of transformation.Visit our online teacher training FAQ
