As a Yoga Foundations Series alum, you hold a special place in my heart, and I wanted to share news of changes we've made to our Yoga Foundations program that hopefully will interest you!
Starting Saturday, February 22, Yoga Foundations becomes a regular, weekly class! Show up as a drop-in, use a class pass, or take the class as part of our new
Yoga Foundations package, which includes a two-hour workshop and 8 weekly classes.
Each week's class will be a simple, complete, stand-alone flow-style practice suitable both for students who are new to yoga and to those interested in deepening their understanding of the fundamental poses and principles of yoga. Much like the Yoga Foundations Series, we'll allow plenty of time for questions, exploring modifications, and personal adjustments.
Unlike our previous Yoga Foundations Series, you're not required to sign up for a series of these classes. But when taken regularly, this class will help you build, develop, and maintain a solid yoga skill set, which you can apply in any class or in a personal, at-home practice.
