Committee of the Month: Green Business Committee The San Rafael Chamber of Commerce Green Business Committee is comprised of Chamber members who bring the sustainability, cleantech, waste management and business communities together. The largest of the chamber committees, we have over 25 active members who come from a variety of large and small organizations in the public sector, city and county government, suppliers directly involved in the county sustainability agenda, (such as waste management, housing, workforce development, education, energy, green services). The balance are small-medium business leaders who are certified green businesses and /or work through their business and volunteerism to activate and inspire others through triple bottom line performance: economic vitality, environmental stewardship and social responsibility. |
