For over 19 years, Bon Secours Family Focus has enriched the lives of families through its many services. It's a place to share information and concerns with other parents during informal parent/child times or structured classes."
"An old African proverb states, 'it takes a village to raise a child,' and we are helping to be a part of that village through program services offered to families, community organizations, as well as Bon Secours employees."

Flexibility Means Generosity
Bon Secours encourages employees to care for themselves --- and for each other. One way is through donating Paid Time Off to a colleague in need. Consider this story from one grateful employee:
"I recently was out of work for several months following a bicycling accident. Though I am married and my spouse is employed, we had a really hard time with our finances after my PTO --- less than 30 hours' worth --- was gone."
"I have the good fortune of working with a nurse who saves her PTO as much as she can and uses it to donate to co-workers in need. She donated 30 hours to me, and I will be ever grateful to her for this generosity. She shared with me that she was once out for a time with no PTO and learned how difficult it can be. Now, when she takes vacation, she bunches her work days together, then takes time off and then groups days together again. That way, she can use a minimal amount of PTO in order to bank a lot of time, which she routinely donates."
