EBMUD Project on Lafayette Circle

EBMUD EBMUD is scheduled to begin permanent paving work on Tuesday, July 26 between Hough (Chamber Office) and Mt. Diablo Blvd. (Bank of the West) on Lafayette Circle. This will complete the project that begun 18 months ago to install new water main lines in the area.

During this estimated 4-day paving process, there will be no parking after 7:00am.  Businesses, customers and residents should expect delays of up to 10 minutes.  Work hours will be between 7:00am -5:00pm and the expected completion date is Friday, July 29th.  Craig Walters (On-site Paving Crew Foreman) can be reached at 510-714-4739. The crew will also have to complete the work in the crosswalk between Misto Lino and Bank of the West. In addition, the church parking lot between American Kitchen and Chow is also closed for paving. Parking over the next few days will be a challenge.
