2015 Houston's World Homeless Day Awards
The Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County would like to invite you to the 2015 World Homeless Day Awards and a private screening of the film "@Home" to celebrate the staff members at our partner organizations who are leading Houston Home!
This event will be held for providers on Monday, October 12, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm, at the River Oaks Theater (2009 West Gray, Houston, TX 77019). Click here to view the invitation.
We look forward to treating our partner agency staff members to an afternoon of recognition and fun, refreshments and treats, and most importantly, appreciation of their contributions to our success as a community.

The Proof is in the Numbers...
|
2,500 people housed... and counting! Our community's housing "thermometer" and The Way Home pledge signed one year ago
by partners and community stakeholders.
|
The next goal within our community is to end chronic homelessness by 2015, and in July, our community reached a milestone: housing more than 2,500 chronically homeless individuals since January 2012 - 2,584 individuals to be exact!
Though we still have work to do, we wanted to share this news and our congratulations with the community - keep up the good work!
