Beautify your Building with Think Tank Mural Project

Fashion District-based art gallery and studio, Think Tank Gallery is embarking on a project to beautify the district through art. The Mural Project desires to reimagine and contribute to the transformation of the Fashion District's landscape.
Think Tank Gallery has been on the second floor of the J.J. Bayer Building at the end of Santee Alley for over five years and is now helping building owners renovate their facades and storefronts with fresh murals, even painting and lighting the metal roll-up doors so that at night the area can maintain some of the vibrancy it exhibits during the day.

Think Tank is currently looking for property owners who might be interested in participating in the project. Interested property owners please contact Think Tank Gallery at thinktankgallery@gmail.com.

New LA Fashion District Safe Team Lieutenant

Allen Lanuza recently rejoined the LA Fashion District BID Safe Team as our new Lieutenant. Allen, a barber by trade and a part-time DOT employee, was a supervisor for the LA Fashion District BID for a year before leaving to become a self-employed barber. Recently, BID Project Manager/Captain Ernesto Majano spoke with Allen and enticed him to return to the LA Fashion District as the new Lieutenant. We're all happy to have Allen return to the District as he was known to be a very amiable, competent, and energetic supervisor.
