The twelve months of 2013 

   From the excitement of a Spanish tall ship visit to the sadness of the deaths of prominent citizens, the best in a $16 million West Augustine sewer plan to the worst in a resurfaced plan for a 7-Eleven store and gas pumps at congested May Street and San Marco Avenue, this is the year that was.
