As the year 2013 winds down and we approach 2014, it is a good time to be reflective on our personal journey through the year. Gratitude is a key ingredient that fills the heart and gives us strength and courage to take the next step along our path. Gratitude opens the doors to inspiration so we may be creative and inventive in pursuing our dreams.  Gratitude beings us home to who we are in our divinity and lets our light shine through us.

I want to thank you for receiving the messages of inspiration that come through my higher guidance in these newsletters.   I personally feel connected to all who read these words and view these images.   I approach each message from a place of inner intuitive listening to bring Spirit's voice through to you.   It is always my intention to be a clear and accurate messenger for the purpose of awakening and empowering both you and me.

Reflecting on this year of 2013, I am drawn to a past message to share with you again.   I know that I often get something greater the second time I read it especially when some time has gone by.   The link at the end of this message will take you to the complete newsletter article to revisit if you chose to.

In 2014, I have several inspired ideas to share with you throughout the year.  I will be offering more detailed information on the nutritional care of the body through good food, herbs and spices.   Many of you know that I am writing a vegetarian cookbook to be available around the Summer Solstice of 2014.   I will be sharing some good tips with you to include good links while I am focused on this delightful project.

In 2014, I will be creating several guided meditations with my voice, music and imagery that will be posted in a video on Youtube.   Meditation is a powerful form of inner stillness and openness that allows clarity and inspiration to blossom.  I always encourage making time for quietness and stillness so the voice within can be heard without distraction.   As we tune out the noise, we can hear Spirit speaking within each of us, revealing and guiding us to higher awareness.

In 2014, I will be offering simple yet detailed healing techniques intended to support you in clearing energy and grounding.   These will also be posted in a video on Youtube and can be downloaded to your computer for your personal use.

The conscientious feeding of our body, mind and spirit contributes so much to the quality of our daily life.   While we evolve here in this Earth dance, let's make wise choices that are life sustaining rather than debilitating.  We are growing and expanding in our awareness of our true self and our life on this planet.   It is my intention, as a messenger, to offer guidance that supports you physically, emotionally and spiritually.
