Summer Events In Downtown: Art Markets, Block Parties, And More! It's an exciting time on Summer Street: the Filene's redevelopment is resuming--and May brings the start of another summer of music, art, and entertainment sponsored by the Downtown Boston BID! On Wednesdays and Fridays, from May through October, Summer Street hums with the vibrancy of the Summer Street Art Markets (above).
