Filene's Redevelopment Resuming!
Downtown was electrified with last week's news that Millennium Partners is set to resume development at the Filene's site shortly.
Catalyzing the relaunch is Millennium Partners' signing of Arnold Worldwide and its sister company, Havas Media, to a lease in the Burnham Building. Arnold and Havas will take occupancy of the Burnham Building in September 2014.
Millennium Tower (right) a 625' tower with 450 residential units and 95,000 square-feet of retail space, will be built alongside the Burnham Building.
We congratulate BID member Millennium Partners, the City of Boston, the BRA, and everyone else involved in launching this landmark redevelopment.

"Book of Mormon" Ticket Lottery Policy
The lottery starts two-and-a-half hours prior to each performance. We ask that lottery patrons form an orderly line and not spill out onto Washington Street--especially given that the adjacent Millennium Place development is still an active construction site. |
