permit to reduce water pollution in Vermont Communities
The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation issued an updated Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) general permit.  Designed to address pollution from stormwater runoff, the MS4 permit applies to thirteen municipalities and three institutional entities in the Lake Champlain watershed.
